It’s been one month since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim at a plastic surgery clinic. I had dorsal hump removal on the nasal bridge, osteotomy, and nasal tip correction using ear cartilage to correct a hump nose and long nose. My nose had stressed me out since I was young, so after debating for years whether to get cosmetic surgery or not, I made a big decision to have surgery. While searching hard online, I heard that this plastic surgery clinic was good at hump noses, so I went for an in-person consultation. The director was very kind but also firmly said no to things that weren’t possible, which made me trust him, so I decided to have the surgery. Naturalness was my top priority, and after surgery, people who knew in advance said it turned out naturally well, while people I hadn’t told mostly didn’t notice. I’m very satisfied!
