The before photo is from when I had my 2nd surgery, and at that time I used autologous costal cartilage. Even though I had revision surgery because the scar tissue was severe, it still looked like a bulbous nose This time, I had scar tissue removal done together, and I think it turned out cleanly. For my first surgery, I got it because my nasal tip had dropped, so I emphasized that part too, and the director said he would use a nasal tip support material together with cartilage, and that I didn’t need to worry about the nasal tip dropping, so I trusted what he said and decided. It’s only been 2 weeks, but the swelling isn’t bad and there’s no bruising. It was surprising that there wasn’t even yellow bruising. Until now, whenever I had surgery, my swelling and bruising were really severe, so it definitely seems related to the surgeon’s skill. I really like the shape exactly as it is.. Please, my nose, let’s end the struggle For revision surgery, I think the material and the director’s skill are more important than anything. I’m writing this to help everyone looking into it, and also to gain a little strength myself.
