Since I didn’t have surgery, I’m just giving it 3 points. I remember the doctor being very kind and repeatedly checking by trying out what kind of line would suit me, and not pushing excessively. The consultant was kind too, but there was a slight push to place a deposit. Overall, the clinic had a clean impression.
