I didn’t actually have surgery, so it’s just 3 points. But the doctor was very kind and kept helping me decide which line would be best, and I remember that there was no aggressive push. The manager was also kind, though there was a slight nudge toward paying a deposit. Overall, it’s a clinic with a clean impression
