Eye Surgery Record

In 2016, I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. At first, I was just happy that I had double eyelids, so even though both sides were not symmetrical, I think I lived with it feeling it was okay.

But in 2018, the double eyelid on my right eye came completely undone, so I had revision surgery with the non-incisional method again at the same hospital with the same director. For the second surgery, I had non-incisional surgery with an in-out line and was doing fine, but after the swelling went down, the symmetry was off and the double eyelid was covered by the skin at the front of the eye. I felt unsure about having surgery again, so I just kept living with it, but this time the double eyelid on my left eye came undone, so the front part looks distorted.

Having my double eyelid come undone every 3 years is really exhausting... This time, when I get a third surgery, I am seriously wondering if I should do it with an incisional method. I really want the 3rd surgery to be successful..

(Only the first eye photo has not been left-right flipped) (I thought it was a partial incision, but it turns out I had the non-incisional method.. haha)
