I got revision surgery because I disliked my chalk-like nose shape. They used silicone and postauricular cartilage, and they said they also gathered the nasal tip. I asked for it to look natural, and maybe because the director had the same goal, it came out really natural with very little obvious sign of surgery. There wasn't much swelling either, and overall it turned out clean.
