I hated my nose looking like chalk, so I had a revision surgery. They used silicone and cartilage from behind the ear, and said the tip was also brought in, but I also asked them to make it natural, and since the director seemed to have the same goal, it really turned out naturally with very little visible trace. There was not much swelling either, and overall it came out cleanly.
