The director seemed to have very deep professional knowledge. They also seemed confident about the surgery. However, I had only been thinking about facial contouring, but they recommended two-jaw surgery as well, so I wondered if that might be a bit excessive. Also, I had never thought of myself as having a protruding lower jaw, but they said I had one, so question marks popped up in my head. During the consultation, both the consultant and the director were kind and explained things in detail.
