The doctor seems to have very deep professional knowledge. They also seem confident about the surgery. However, I had only been thinking about facial contouring, but they also recommended double jaw surgery, so I wondered if that might be too much. Also, I had never thought of myself as having a protruding lower jaw, but they said I did, so I was left with a question mark in my head. The consultation with both the manager and the doctor was kind and detailed.
