The doctor was very calm and firm, clearly distinguishing what was possible and what wasn’t, and kindly answered all the questions I asked, so that was good. But when they shaped the eyelid line, they set it as a bolder, deeper-looking eye line than the line I had in mind, so I was a little taken aback. Still, they explained things in detail, and the consultation manager was also kind.
