The doctor was extremely calm, clearly distinguished what could and could not be done, and kindly answered every question I asked, which I liked. But when drawing the line, they set it in a bolder and deeper eye shape than I had imagined, so I was a little surprised. Still, they explained everything in detail, and the consultation manager was kind too.
