I visited on a weekday morning, so there wasn't much waiting, and the consultation with the director was about 20 minutes? They said my current nose has good balance with my face, so we should just improve it slightly. They recommended slightly shaving down the hump, placing a thin 1 mm silicone implant on top to fill the step-off + using ear cartilage + septal cartilage for the nasal tip. When I said I was a bit cautious about septal cartilage, they said then we could use donated costal cartilage instead of septal cartilage + for the round look of the nasal tip, they said cartilage tying alone would be enough. It would be done under sedation anesthesia. The director felt a bit tsundere-like, and I liked that they didn't overtreat, but I was a bit disappointed that they suggested using donated costal cartilage. The consultant was kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit. But I wasn't really drawn to it, so I don't think I'll have surgery at this hospital.
