I had gone around to quite a lot of consultations, but I couldn’t get 100% certainty from any of the doctors at those clinics. Strangely, though, I was drawn to the director. I was really attracted in terms of the expected outcome of the surgery. It may also be because I prefer natural-looking surgery, but I judged that the director had a distinctive procedure style that differentiated them from other clinics that insist on using rib cartilage just because it is a revision surgery, or only insist on septal extension. The fact that they proceed with local anesthesia only, and that I can check my nose during the surgery, also seemed like big advantages…
