First of all, among the hospitals I visited for consultations, it was the largest hospital for me. So honestly, I wondered... is this place right for me? But the consultant who gave me the consultation was very meticulous, and the director was also someone I found very trustworthy, so I decided on this place. Even after surgery, when I asked the consultant about my progress by phone, we communicated back and forth and I received good feedback, so I think even my choice of consultant was good. However, after the surgery, the director had to be away for personal reasons, so later matters were handled by someone else. Honestly, I fortunately didn’t really have a major reason to see the director after surgery, but.. since it was my first time experiencing something like this, that part was disappointing.
