The director seemed professional and gave me a thorough consultation for a long time. But he doesn’t give a clear answer about how and how much he can improve things Also, since he takes a conservative approach, it seems he does more early corrections than other hospitals, and that part bothers me a bit.. And the consultant is really rude. Even if she doesn’t respond with a smile, shouldn’t she at least look at the person while talking? If I’m worried before surgery, isn’t it possible for me to ask questions? She answers roughly with an expressionless face, as if she’s really annoyed, and that’s it. I feel so upset because of the consultant..
