The director showed real expertise and spent a long time consulting me. On the other hand, he did not give a definite answer about how much improvement he would make or in what way T_T. Also, because he takes a conservative approach, I feel like he does early correction quite a lot compared with other clinics, and that bothers me a bit.. And the manager is really rude. It is not even that he has to smile while dealing with people, but at the very least should not he look at the person he is speaking to? Before surgery, it is natural to have concerns and ask questions, right? He just answers carelessly with a blank expression, as if it is such a nuisance. I am so upset because of the manager..
