I’m writing this because I’m so happy I got revision surgery 3 years after finishing the CSAT haha. I’m just writing it like a diary, and I’m writing it of my own will!! (Honesty warning) 1. Anesthesia During my first surgery I had local anesthesia, and it hurt a bit, so this time they said I’d be sedated and I was really looking forward to it. You know how celebrities get caught getting propofol illegally and stuff, so I wondered how good it must be for them to do that lol. But it was truly horrific in itself. First, I went into the operating room, and while the director was drawing my eye line, the nurse inserted an IV into my left arm? My body is kind of weak, so I’ve had tons of IVs from ER visits and hospitalizations, but I had never experienced one that painful.. It wasn’t “sting!” It was “aaaargh it hurtttssss!!!” I was already nervous, so I couldn’t even hear what the director was saying, and on top of that I started retching. I was seriously gagging so much. Somehow they put me under sedation, and do you know that thing called Heroes of the Storm? In memes, people often say stuff like “space-time is being sucked in,” and it was really that lol. Suddenly my body got sucked into a black hole, then I was tied to the operating table and moving somewhere on rails like in a robot factory. It felt kind of like riding a 4D ride..? The situation itself was so bizarre that after a bit I thought, surely I won’t die, and just relaxed my body. Then from somewhere I heard, “Wake up~~ open your eyes~~”.. Then the surgery started, and maybe because I was intoxicated from the anesthetic, I think I shouted “Director, I love you~~” about 3 times.. The director said, “If you tell me I’m pretty, I’ll make your eyes pretty lol,” and the nurse called me cute haha 2. Surgery Honestly, since I was anesthetized, there isn’t much to scribble about, but that fat-burning thing?? The smell was really awful. It also stung a bit, and it wasn’t exactly the smell of grilling meat, just a smell that made me want to throw up. And the director seemed to tell me to open my eyes every 5 minutes or so, lift my head, and check the line. When my eyes were closed, like I wrote above, because of the anesthetic I kept going to the robot factory.. haha. Later I just enjoyed it.. The robot factory was so horrifying; 3. Right after surgery After the surgery ended, I had to go to Director Choi for my nose, so I moved spots. The first thing I did was run to the bathroom and check my eyes.. I had ptosis correction, but my eyes closed well, and I had epicanthoplasty, but they weren’t opened too much, so I felt satisfied and went to the operating room next door (I’ll write a separate review about my nose! This was honestly the most horrific part..) 4. Day 3 Unlike what I worried about, the eye line looks okay, and the swelling has gone down a bit compared with yesterday, so I’m fairly satisfied!!
