I had this done 5 years ago, so it may be very different now, but back then I had incisional double eyelid surgery and eye correction. The surgery process hurt a lot because the anesthesia wore off in the middle, but they said if they re-applied anesthesia, the swelling would be very severe, so I endured it until the end. The consultation manager, or maybe the front-desk assistant nurse, was extremely rude, but I am still very satisfied with the double eyelids, and people compliment my eyes a lot.
