I had it done without an implant about 2 years ago, and I’m living with it okay. I expected an effect from the front view, but maybe because it was implant-free, there wasn’t a big effect, and the side view was okay. But as time passed, the nasal tip dropped a lot, so it feels similar to before surgery.. Of course, when I compare them side by side, it is different, but I’m not very satisfied, so I’m thinking about revision surgery.
