I booked a consultation in advance, and one week before, I sent a message through the chat channel, but they left it on read, so I assumed it was confirmed. The day before, there still wasn’t any reservation text, and I was thinking, what kind of clinic doesn’t even send reservation texts separately? But if they left me on read, shouldn’t they at least answer properly or say it can’t be done? I even took paid leave and had already planned out all my consultations, but there was still no message on the day, so when I called, they said I didn’t have a reservation and treated me like some weird person, the staff I said I had taken leave and that it was only possible that day, and then they asked if another time would work, so I said no time would work and there’d probably be a long wait...
