The guidance was kind and the lobby was clean. Consultation wait time was about 20-30 minutes per area. The consultant explained things a bit quickly, but I felt she was kind. She only explained the areas I asked about, and if a procedure seemed excessive, she told me it would be better not to do it. I liked that there was no additional upselling. The doctors also told me when they thought certain areas would not be effective, so overall, I felt trust in them.
