After I first had it done, I had revision surgery because of asymmetry in the nostril wing size and drooping of the nasal tip. I also had the hump shaved down. I wanted the nasal tip built up with septal cartilage, but because the doctor insisted on building it with silicone, I said okay, and in the end only a foreign material was added while the nasal tip stayed the same. The nostril wing deviation is also severe.
