At first I had surgery, then had a revision for asymmetry in nostril size and a drooping nasal tip. I also shaved down the hump. I wanted septal cartilage to support the nasal tip, but because the doctor insisted on silicone to build it up, I agreed. In the end, it only added a foreign material and the tip is still the same. The nostrils are also severely twisted.
