Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

It’s been two months since incisional ptosis correction. When will the swelling go down?

I had ptosis, and my eyelids were very saggy, so I had incisional ptosis correction. (I’m male.) They said non-incisional surgery wouldn’t work for me. And while I was at it, I also had fat repositioning on the upper eyelids.

I feel like I shouldn’t have done the fat repositioning. I did it because my eyes looked a bit sunken, but once you do ptosis correction + double eyelids, the eyes lift somewhat anyway, so it doesn’t seem to have much meaning.

Anyway, it’s now been 2 months, but I still have a lot of swelling. It looks especially severe when I close my eyes. The swelling... When on earth will this swelling go down? Could this be because of the fat repositioning?

And the line feels a bit thicker toward the inner side. Is that because of the swelling right now?

I’m relieved that the line came out thinner than what the doctor had described, but I’m worried because this swelling really isn’t going down. How long should I wait?
