I called to consult about revision surgery for double eyelids, but the phone staff was so rude that I was debating whether to go at all. Then I saw there were a lot of reviews, so I visited. The director seemed kind and thorough, but the front desk and the phone consultation staff were so rude that I was dissatisfied with the service side and did not end up considering surgery.. T_T
