I am very stressed about the shape of my nose, but I did not want to use an implant, so I only had a consultation about an implant-free procedure. I have a dorsal hump, but my nose is blunt and rather long, so I wondered whether it could be done without an implant. The director here said that supporting the tip with ear cartilage would be enough to create the shape without an implant! It did not feel like he was just saying whatever would work; I liked that he seemed to examine me while considering both my nasal structure and the specific features I wanted. The consultation atmosphere was comfortable overall, and they gave me a straightforward assessment without pushing various options, so I am deliberating about having surgery here, lol.
