The worst waiting experience -_- I understand that waiting is common at plastic-surgery clinics, but I went there and waited for an hour and a half just to be seen. They showed no sign of apology, and was the consultation even worth that much waiting? Not at all. The line they suggested and what they said were completely ordinary. The doctor did not seem particularly sincere or eager to explain either. I disliked the first impression and the waiting so much, and I had already decided not to do it, but I waited out of spite because I wondered what they could possibly say. There was absolutely nothing impressive. Removed from my list immediately. Reception matters this much.
