When I had the consultation, there was no atmosphere of making excessive demands at all, and the doctor professionally explained what approach would be good for my eye condition right now, so I felt trust. The director seemed to have a lot of revision surgery experience, so the explanation was clear, and overall he looked calm yet confident. I also liked that he answered my questions sincerely throughout the consultation, so I did not feel pressured to decide quickly, and since it was revision surgery, I wanted to decide carefully
