I did not properly research hospital reviews and hurriedly booked a consultation after only looking at recommended posts and some review photos on this community. I did not even know this hospital was famous for alar reduction. Since I had absolutely no intention of getting alar reduction, I was dissatisfied when the coordinator and surgeon kept recommending it, but after going home and reading reviews, I felt sorry toward the surgeon.. I had gone to a hospital famous for alar reduction and firmly insisted that I would not have it done.. Even though I came for a consultation in such an uninformed state, I am grateful to the surgeon for answering my questions professionally and thoroughly. The coordinator was somewhat less friendly than those at other hospitals, but I appreciated that there was no consultation fee and that they sent me home without pressuring me to book. I do not remember the exact estimate, but I recall it being roughly 3–4 million won including a review-event discount. It was an estimate for tip-only rhinoplasty without an implant, without alar reduction.
