I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage in 2016 or 2017, but after one year my nose bent to the side. It wasn't just a slight tilt, the silicone had clearly rotated to the side and the columella was tilted, which was so obvious that other people pointed it out. I went back to the director for another consultation, but instead of any guidance about revision surgery or corrective measures, all I got was that it's just my body type and that the surgery was normal, with no acknowledgment at all. In the end I had revision surgery at another place right away. At the very least, I think they should have acknowledged the side effect and given revision guidance, so their response was really bewildering. At the time I was a high school student, so I also wondered if that was why.
