I liked that the doctor was kinder than I expected. They also provided services well, and the molding was done well, so the before-and-after difference was clear. But there was a bit of a wait, and because the doctor was seeing many patients, it seemed like they forgot things sometimes. It was a little disappointing that I had to remember and ask why certain things hadn't been done.
