The director was kinder than I expected, which I liked. I also liked that they gave good service. They shaped it well, and the before-and-after difference was clear, which was good. But there is some waiting, and since the director is busy seeing many patients, it feels like they forget things a bit. It was a little disappointing that I had to remember and ask why something had not been done.
