Primary surgery: The nose shape itself was made very pretty. But it was slightly crooked, and because of scar tissue inside and the nasal support structure, one nostril was completely blocked + it was too long for me and the nasal bridge was too high (there was no mention in the first place of things like how many mm of silicone). Revision: They say it depends on the person, but not long after the surgery I immediately developed silicone inflammation, so after 6 months I had the silicone removed from the bridge At the same time, only the nasal tip was revised again with ear cartilage. They did it for free! The crookedness wasn’t corrected, but they did remove the internal support structure that had been blocking my nose. The scar tissue didn’t go away The nasal tip is seriously so pretty, the length is exactly right, and they got rid of all the bulbous-nose look. My nose was small to begin with, so it did feel a bit tight, and maybe because of that, the nasal tip dropped quickly
