The facilities were clean, and there was a slight mismatch in the reservation process, but fortunately I was able to get my consultation on time. I consulted with Director Han Jinwoo, and I was surprised that he seemed younger than I expected; to be honest, I was also surprised when he suddenly shoved a cotton swab in to check my nasal septum. He explained things kindly and softly, but he rejected the plan I wanted and recommended a different one. Still, it was a plan that sounded tempting, so I'm thinking about it. The consultation manager is really kind and proactive.
