First surgery: The nose shape itself was made very nicely. But it was slightly crooked, and because of scar tissue inside and the nasal support structure, one nostril became completely blocked + it was too long for me and the nasal bridge was too high (the silicone size in mm wasn’t even discussed in the first place). If you looked only at the nose, it really was pretty.
Revision: They say it depends on the person, but not long after surgery, I developed silicone inflammation right away, so after 6 months I had the silicone removed from the bridge While doing that, I had only the nasal tip revised again. They did it for free! The crookedness wasn’t corrected, but they removed the internal support structure that was blocking my nose well. The scar tissue didn’t go away The nasal tip was seriously made so pretty, the length was just right, and they got rid of all the bulbous-nose feel. My nose was small to begin with, so it had felt a bit tight, and maybe because of that, the nasal tip came down quickly
