Lala was my first consultation, and the director spoke in a tone that felt dismissive, and I could really feel the consultant pressuring me to pay a deposit and speaking dismissively too, so I felt very upset. Saying that if I didn’t book that day, the discount would be gone or whatever was honestly... really not good.
