I went to Lara for my first consultation, and the director spoke in a tone that felt dismissive. The coordinator also had a tone that felt very much like pressure to pay the deposit and dismissiveness, so I was extremely upset. The whole thing about how if I did not book that day the discount would disappear or whatever was really.. terrible.
