They answered the things I asked well and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. They also examined my eye condition carefully and explained the procedure well, so I felt I could trust them. I liked that they did not push things excessively and recommended a design or shape that suited me. If there was a downside, I wanted to ask a few more questions, but they seemed busy, so it ended quickly, which was a bit disappointing..
