They answered the questions I had well and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. They checked my eye condition carefully and also explained the procedure well, so I felt I could trust them. They didn’t push anything too hard and talked about the design and shape that would suit me, which I liked. If there’s a downside, I wanted to ask a few more questions, but they were busy so it ended quickly, which was a little disappointing..
