I got Ulthera and Thermage and took care of it like crazy. But the fat on my face didn’t go away. I regretted my past of having fat grafting done to my face. I regretted my past of putting Sculptra, saying it was an expensive filler, into my nasolabial folds and front cheeks. Meanwhile, I bought a Sanyo Xacti vintage camera and took photos with my friends, and while looking at my face, I saw that my face, which used to look natural and pretty, looked freaking like the fan lady, so I said I was going to get plastic surgery and left.
After that, I searched. 1. AccuSculpt? Insert it and dissolve with a solution? If it’s just fat, that could work (if it’s fat-dissolving)
2. Incision? I’m not at the point of needing an incision.
3. Make an invisible hole with an endoscope and remove it with the endoscope.
This was it. I had the surgery.
Satisfaction level: freaking top-tier. Wow, the cheeks that used to pop out like a chipmunk when I smiled can’t be felt anymore.
I wanted to kill the doctor who told me when I was 21 that my cheeks naturally protruded.
For those who have cheeks on the face, especially cheeks that protrude when smiling, it may not be fat, so definitely get a consultation. I’m just,, writing this because I feel hopeful and good.
This is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
