I had arm and abdominal liposuction 3 years ago, and later had revision surgery on my arms, abdomen, and back. The abdomen was so-so, but the arm area did not turn out properly, so I ended up getting liposuction again. It was a repeat liposuction, and the doctor also said the arm area had not been suctioned properly, so I even got a small discount on the back liposuction. I cannot really tell a big difference after the surgery, but I would not recommend back liposuction. After back liposuction, the fat on my back seemed to move toward my neck and face, so even when I gain just a little weight I turn into Majin Buu (it varies by person, but that is what happened to me). So if possible, I would not do the back, and I recommend the abdomen or legs instead (the legs are a structurally harder area to improve than other areas, so if I could turn back time I think I would get lower-body liposuction). The doctor at the hospital I just thought was decent was long-experienced, so maybe that is why there was no excessive pressure and he was very laid-back.
