My nose was the biggest complex of my life. I heard countless times that all I needed was to do my nose, but I spent my 20s thinking it was pretty in its own unique way. When taking photos and editing them, the part I put the most effort into was my nose, and I always thought, I wish my real nose looked like thisㅠ In the end, after thinking it over, I made up my mind, looked into all the side effects, and went into it aware of them. I thought if the silicone got inflamed, I could just remove it, or have a revision, so I immediately went around for consultations and had surgery. The nasal bridge was raised 4.5 mm with silicone, and for the nasal tip, they said they would use septal cartilage, and if it wasn't enough, they would also add mesh. In the end, maybe because my nose was small, there wasn't enough septal cartilage, so they added mesh too. I had a low nasal bridge and a round, small bulbous nose, but I didn't want a pinched nose or anything too obvious, so I requested the line doctors supposedly hate the most: glamorous but naturalㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The conclusion is that I am very satisfied. I wonder why I didn't do it sooner, and especially when taking photos, I don't touch my nose at all in editing anymore, so I'm satisfied with just thatㅠㅠㅠㅠ But compared with the line I wanted, the bridge is too high, and the tip seems to have drooped a bit compared with right after surgery, so I'm thinking about whether to have a revision... but for now I'm going to put it on holdㅋㅋ It even got to the point where a doctor at another hospital I went to for a facial contouring consultation stared at my face, looked unsure, and asked if I had maybe done my nose, where I had it done, and said it looked like it might be noticeable but not quite, and that the line turned out pretty!ㅋㅋㅋ But that was two months after surgery.. I liked the line then too, but now I feel like it has become too naturalㅠ For now, I'll do my eyes first and then think about nose revision!
