This was the first clinic I went to for a nose consultation. First they took photos of my face and then I met the director. It was good to learn about the functional issues with my nose, and they explained everything in great detail using a nose model. When they said that if only ear cartilage were used on the nasal tip, I would probably still be able to pinch my nose, that really drew me in.
