I went for a consultation because my bulbous nose is fairly severe, and I liked that the director carefully checked the parts that could be precisely identified beforehand, such as the issues with my current nose shape. They also suggested several different methods and explained in detail what materials and methods would be good and what the best approach would be. You could tell the director has real expertise in nose surgery, because they answered any question I asked, which made them seem very professional. (And they also suggested surgery only to exactly the extent I had in mind.) Also, the staff and directors were so kind that I was able to have the consultation comfortably.
