The clinic atmosphere itself was very neat, with an interior that increased trust. The staff were kind, though there were also a few people whose eyes looked a bit jaded. After consulting with the manager, I had a consultation with the doctor, and at other clinics I had been dissatisfied because they would not explain enough and would just tell me to ask only about what I was curious about. But here, the doctor explained the basic matters well first and answered my questions kindly without looking annoyed, so I felt reassured. The manager was very kind. It was not an especially cheap price, but the after-service felt like a strong advantage, and I could feel the doctor’s sense of responsibility in the policies. I also liked that the price was the same regardless of cash or card.
