As of now, they said August is fully booked, so only a consultation was possible. I only had the consultation, and I couldn't meet the director; I consulted only with the consultant. (So I rated the doctor's friendliness as 3.) The consultant was kind, but didn't feel professional, and even when I asked how much volume would likely go in, I heard the answer two or three times that they would only know after trying it.. They didn't precisely define the shape either, so I wondered whether it was worth taking the time to get the consultation
