As of now, they said August was fully booked so only consultation was possible, so I only did a consultation and could not meet the director, only the consultation manager. (That is why I rated doctor kindness as 3.) The consultation manager was kind, but did not feel very professional, and even when I asked how much volume would be needed, I was told twice or three times that they would know only after trying it. They did not precisely shape anything either, so I wondered if it was worth taking the time to come in for a consultation.
