Before-after-after-after-after-after. After my primary surgery, my nostrils were uneven + my columella got crooked, and now I had revision surgery and everything was corrected so well!!!! I wanted to do this revision properly, so I had surgery at a clinic and even used autologous costal cartilage as the material. The hump that hadn't been properly improved was also corrected well ㅎㅅㅎ Doesn't my nose look semi-dramatic and sophisticated??
