Only after I saw my nasal tip gradually lifting did I think, “Ah... could this be contracture??” So I went for a consultation, and sure enough, they said it was contracture Among the clinics I visited, I decided to have surgery at RG, where they explained my nose condition well, from the cause to the direction for improvement I’m going to replace the silicone and use both septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. Has anyone here had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage because their nasal tip lifted?? My current nose is too natural-looking, so since I’m doing this anyway, I hope it turns out a bit more glamorous this time
