Review 4 Months After Surgery for a White Nose, Rhinitis, and Hump Nose

I had my first surgery for a hump nose, bulbous nose, and nasal bridge, but my nose became crooked, the bulbous nose was not corrected, and the biggest problem was that it was so hard to breathe, so I ended up having revision surgery. At the first hospital, they said it would be okay once I adapted, so I waited, but it did not improve at all, and without the first hospital doing anything, I ended up looking for another hospital. My nasal bone itself was completely deviated, so they removed it and rebuilt it with costal cartilage, and because the adhesions were so severe, they also closed the perforation with costal cartilage membrane? soft tissue, so the surgery went without problems. And the breathing that had been the most painful issue also returned to normal. When I went for follow-up, the director showed me inside my nose with an endoscope, and seeing it wide open made me feel so relieved. The photos show how I look now. My facial features are on the larger side, so I wanted a slightly straight line. I felt like a feminine scooped nose somehow would not suit me. I was told the swelling would last a long time because the inside of my nose had undergone such major work, and even today at 4 months, my nose still feels plump. Right now, I like this plump feeling too, and compared with before surgery, I really feel like I have become a different person, so I am very happy^^
